Looking to book a 5 A-Side, 7 A-Side, 8 A-Side, 9 A-Side or 11 A-Side football pitch in central Malta? Look no further than Melita FC. This football complex is situated in Pembroke and features two football pitches with a highly maintained artificial turf surface. The small pitch is a stand-alone enclosed 7 A-Side pitch which can also be rented as a two 5 A-Sides. The large pitch is a full-size 11 A-Side which can also be booked as a 5 A-side, 7 A-Side, 8 A-Side and 9 A-Side pitch.

Melita FC features a fully equipped Bar and Restaurant called False Nine, making it great to have a drink and bite to eat after your game. It is also equipped with dressing rooms and showers making this ground ideal to book right after work.

Travelling by car? Parking is a breeze as there is a parking area right outside the pitch.  If you travel by public transport, this locations is easily accessible by bus with the nearest stop being ‘Sisner’.

Melita Football Club was founded on 28 April 1933 at the first general meeting by Sur Gian Bencini who was elected the first president of the club at that meeting. The cardinal points in its first statute were that the club would have its base in St. Julians, would have an “Amateur” status, that the original colours would be red and white and the motto of the club would be “Play the Game for the Game’s Sake” and “The Game First and Foremost

Melita Football Club is a Maltese football club that represents the town of St. Julian’s. Melita was recently promoted to the Maltese top flight for the first time ever, only to be relegated again the following season. Having finished first in Group C of the newly revamped National Amateur League in the 2020-21 season and gaining automatic promotion, the team has been playing in the Maltese Challenge League from the 2021-22 season. They also play in the annual Maltese FA Trophy
