Marsaskala Fc is a club that was recently founded, it is only 14 years old. Its creation was thanks to Daniel Spiteri, Stephen Bell, el Dr. Zaid Teebi, Joseph Farrugia, Albert Spiteri y el Dr. Owen Bonnici. During the first season (2010–2011) the club finished second last and won the Fair Play award, while in the following season the club contracted Alan Mifsud, formerly of Zejtun Corinthians, as team manager in mid-season. The team finished in eighth position. In November 2013, the club appointed a new coach, Louis Facciol who brought his assistant Frans Mallia. In their first four games at the helm they brought in three victories and a draw. Nevertheless, the club was relegated on the last day of the season. This team currently plays in the Maltese national amateur league.
